Instructions
1. Oven to 425 degrees
2. Mix all dry ingredients and mix
3. Place chicken legs in bowl and drizzle EVOO and make sure all legs are well coated
4. Sprinkle dry ingredients over oiled chicken legs
5. On a rimmed oven sheet, line with foil
6. Layout legs and space them evenly
7. Bake for 20 minutes, flip all legs over and bake for an additional 20 minutes
Test legs for doneness (175 degrees)

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 Tbl EVOO
